Lucy & Peej Time

I have discovered that Lucy does [slightly] better if she is given designated "Lucy & Peej" time. The idea being that if she has "her" time maybe she'll return the favor and leave him be at other non-Lucy appropriate times. (Like, when he sound asleep in the stroller but Lucy suddenly feels the urge to hold his hand - which she cant quite reach comfortably - so she just tugs at it did he wakes up & wiggles closer.)
