Sara W: Sara is a stay-at-home-mom to two beautiful and busy kids. Although a lifetime athlete, Sara only began running on a regular basis two (and a bit) years ago - just four weeks after giving birth to her second child. At first, it was the classic "lose the baby weight" motivator but it soon gave way to a fun and fulfilling "addiction" that keeps running and running... This is her story and journey through motherhood and fitness as she see's it. We hope you enjoy the read and the ride.
