Boardwalk Run View

Our view from the boardwalk run yesterday!

What weather for January!! It was about 65*! Wind wasn't too bad - although I was a minute and a half faster per mile going North than I was going South! That double jogger acts like a sail in the wind. Holy leg workout!

WorkOut Lucy

If you think our kids aren't paying attention to EVERYTHING we do; you're crazy. Lucy did my entire Stroller Strides warmup move-for-move unsolicited while playing outside yesterday!

Twins

That's odd; I don't remember having twins...

Lucy & Peej Time

I have discovered that Lucy does [slightly] better if she is given designated "Lucy & Peej" time. The idea being that if she has "her" time maybe she'll return the favor and leave him be at other non-Lucy appropriate times. (Like, when he sound asleep in the stroller but Lucy suddenly feels the urge to hold his hand - which she cant quite reach comfortably - so she just tugs at it did he wakes up & wiggles closer.)
